Tips for Volunteers
Tip One: Share specific expamples of connections in the Global Network when talking to others about Peace X Peace. Stories hold the heart of our Global Network.
Tip Two: Repeat the basics. We like referring to our FAQ's for members and our Virtual Classroom, where there are written documents, recordings, and live calls with Kay.
Tip Three: Creating an intimate environment through one of our recommended events can capture the feeling of connecting with women worldwide - a global neighborhood of women. Consider hosting an event.
Tip Four: Common questions and support
- Questions about Peace X Peace, history, mission, funding? Refer to Quick Facts.
- Questions about expectations, money exchange, friendships, and communication across cultures? Go to our virtual classroom "written support" section and find documents on each.
- Questions about the Global Network and what it is? Visit Global Network under the Connect Tab.
- Questions related to areas of the world where computers aren't common? See "But I Don't Have A Computer."
- Consider downloading and printing the member profile for ease of immediate registration. You can enter names electronically later.

Tracking your results
When a volunteer has shared enthusiastically we often see a sudden rise of membership from a particular region of the world. Ask the women you reach to indicate your name when answering the question on their online profile: "How did you hear about Peace X Peace?"
