Speaker and Presenter (Volunteer now!)

You speak and people listen! You are a confident presenter at conferences, meetings, and events. Peace X Peace is beloved by women around the world. Once you get in front of people you will be loved, too. We are looking for women who can speak from their own experience of being in a Peace X Peace Global Network connection and those who know us well and want to share.

We have speaking points to make it easy.

Perhaps you are most comfortable in front of a TV camera or radio mike. Let's talk - Contact Connecting Women for Peace, our beautiful local workshop for women interested in peace.

  • Women on the Frontlines, our award-winning documentary that profiles women peacebuilders
  • Peace Salons, informal fundraising gatherings with fascinating special guests.

Fundraiser (Volunteer now!)

You are a woman who is not afraid to ask ... when it comes to causes you love. We want to talk. Peace X Peace relies solely on private donations and the generous contributions of its members. Many women around the world are able to join our global community because of others' generosity.

We would be grateful for your help to:

  • Introduce us to potential donors
  • Work with our Founder and our Development Department
  • Organize Peace Salons bringing thinkers and doers together with potential funders in a comfortable, informal setting to invite them to contribute.
  • Offer your seasoned grant writing skills

Circle Guide (Volunteer now!)

Are you in a Peace X Peace Global Network connection? You are a most valued mentor to those getting started. Share what you have learned and cheer them on! Here are some ways:

  • Sign up to host one of our "Sister Talk" conference calls - regularly scheduled calls for new members to help them get started in a Global Network connection. Please contact Member Support at membersupport@peacexpeace.org
  • Mentor one or a number of members or Circles by just being there and sharing from experience. Contact membersupport@peacexpeace.org.

Translator (Volunteer now!)

Skilled volunteers translate many of our resources into different languages - French, Spanish, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi, to name a few. By offering your help once or over and over you are supporting women who may never have communicated across cultures. Contact Liora Herman, liora@peacexpeace.org

Queen of Fun! (Volunteer now!)

  • Review new programs and advise us with your own ideas
  • Use your outgoing personality to spread Peace X Peace materials

Contact Liora at liora@peacexpeace.org.

Data Assistant (Volunteer now!)

Love data entry? We have an easy task for you that actually means the world to women in developing countries: entering names and email addresses into our database. If you have an hour a week, or an hour a day, we could use your help and attention to detail. You can work right from your own computer, and provide help for women in Africa, Latin America and Asia.
